How to Apply
Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at St Joseph’s School. Applying to enrol at St Joseph’s is a simple process, started by completing the online application form at the link below.
Online Application for Enrolment
Once you have clicked on the link, you can enter and review the required details before submitting the form. Although it is a quick process, you don’t have to complete it all at once – you have up to 30 days to return to the form and submit it before it expires from the system.
If applying to enrol more than one child, an option will be available to submit another application for each individual child when the form is completed.
We encourage you to also make us aware of younger siblings you may wish to enrol when completing the application form.
There is also the provision in the online form to apply to other Catholic schools as well, should enrolment demand at St Joseph’s exceed our capacity to offer enrolment places.
Our School Enrolments Officer will contact you once your application has been submitted.
Should you have any difficulty completing the online Application for Enrolment, please contact the Enrolments Officer on (07) 4038 5100 or email secretary.parramatta@cns.catholic.edu.au for assistance.
Application for Enrolment forms are also available as printed documents from the school office or may be emailed upon request.
A $50 application fee per application applies (per school), payable when submitting an application/s for enrolment. Please contact the Enrolments Officer to make the payment over the phone, in person or by direct deposit.
To complete the application for your child/ren, please send:
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Baptism Certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Immunisation Certificate
- Photocopy of the most recent report card
- Photocopy of any specialist reports (including medical, psychological, OT, speech etc)
- $50 non-refundable enrolment application fee (offset against first tuition fee invoice if successfully enrolled)
After lodging an Enrolment Application, parents will be notified if and when an interview is able to be offered. It is important that your child or children who are applying to enrol attend this interview.
Should your application be successful, an Acceptance of Enrolment form will be supplied to you. You are asked to complete this form giving careful consideration to the obligations regarding school fees, accepting school policies and supporting the school’s ethos. Please note your enrolment is not finalised until this acceptance form is returned to the school office.
Enrolment refers to the formal agreement by the Principal on behalf of the school community to place a student’s name on the school’s enrolment register, thereby conferring on that student and his/her family all the rights and responsibilities that normally pertain to any enrolment. Enrolment refers to a full enrolment, not subject to special conditions.
Once a student has been enrolled, any consideration of enrolment cancellation is subject to the considerations and regulations applying to suspension and exclusion as outlined by Catholic Education Services.
